PROCESS ASSESSMENTS

Assessments to align processes. 

TIPA is a structured Process Assessment method compliant with ITIL framework and ISO/IEC 15504 standard. It can be used to assess the maturity level of IT processes and the ITSM quality level of an organization, TIPA will identify the Strengths, the Weaknesses, the Opportunities and the Threads to target improvement.

A TIPA assessment is very useful to improve the service delivery as well as to accelerate the progress of an ISO 20000 implementation.
